The original fortune telling character returns after the debut of her disciple, Menat.
Glad that Rose makes a comeback as she is still miles better than her disciple, but somehow I don't understand how her tarot of cards for the V-Skill works though and her scarf uppercut move is purely luck on whether opponents are airborne at that point of time. :(
