16:20 We learned about many existing challenges and the technologies that can deal with these challenges.

16:29 These challenges are related to climate, the scarcity of resources, even if it is water,

16:35 the better use of desert areas, which is the Arab region,

16:43 and how to make the most of it and achieve food security,

16:54 the use of artificial intelligence technology and also...

17:00 This topic raises an important question, doctor.

17:03 Although many of the areas in the Arab region are desert areas,

17:11 they can be used in certain agricultural areas,

17:14 or they can be used in this climate.

17:18 Do you focus on these agricultural areas?

17:22 Of course, the organization is in the process of changing the organization.

17:35 like the climate conference, which introduced the most of the challenges in the Arab world

19:27 We are targeting all Arab countries,

19:30 and we are hunting for all opportunities,

19:34 and we are building partnerships according to the program of the investment program.

19:39 What are the challenges you face when you decide to invest in a specific place?

19:49 When you accept an investment project,

19:55 it is assumed that you will be offered a course of study from prominent institutions,

20:04 and then you look at the local guarantees, local laws, taxes, and other laws.

20:16 There are certain advantages for the institution,

20:19 which is considered an Arab institution, and then these advantages should be available to the institution.

20:26 Does this prevent you from investing in some institutions,

20:29 that there are some restrictions, some rules that prevent you?

20:33 In general, there is no such thing.

20:36 But now we are studying the new organizational structure,

20:41 and we are a complete unit to provide technical assistance,

20:46 and project managers are assigned to these projects,

20:50 so that they work with me one-to-one,

20:55 to ensure that this project provides experience and full technical support.

21:09 I suspect that the cost of financing is also one of the challenges that have emerged in the last two years.

21:49 But we deal with the project as if it is an independent project from the institution,

21:56 and therefore, these costs are reflected on the wills and the accounting system of the company.

22:10 Thank God, the institution is not profitable,

22:16 but it is running with the concept of profit, of course,

22:22 and its principles and investments have persisted,

22:27 You strengthen the principles more than the idea of focusing on profits.
