Kenny Drew Trio - album Dark beauty 1974

American jazz pianist Kenny Drew recorded his album "Dark beauty" 1974 after he relocated to Copenhage, Denmark and was released by Danish label Steeplechase. The trio was completed by Albert Heath on drums and close collaborator Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen on bass. The album is a summary of pianistic sklls, intelligent and advanced harmonic sensibilities and driving sense of swing inspired by technique and imagination.
