00:24 We have come off some very intense shows for you with the cover-ups.

00:29 What's it been like to perform in such an intimate setting?

00:32 Playing at 100 Club is legendary.

00:36 We go on and play a bunch of covers.

00:40 We do it at home, mostly for our friends.

00:43 I just love playing.

00:46 Even if we're playing a really great Buzzcocks song, it's a great time.

00:52 It's amazing that you brought out Courtney Love.

00:55 What was it like for you performing with her?

00:57 I was texting with her and I said, "Come on out. Let's sing a song."

01:02 She did, and it was great.

01:04 She did Suffragette City, she did Surrender, and we got to do Celebrity Skin, a whole song.

01:13 She's definitely brought the rock and roller back in her.

01:18 She's got her sea legs back, so I think you'll probably be hearing more from her.

01:23 You guys go quite far back, right?

01:25 You've known each other for a little while.

01:37 She's always great. She's a wild woman.

01:52 Do you reckon we could see a collaboration one day?

01:55 I don't know. We'll see.

02:03 Going forward, the tour with Weezer and Smashing Pumpkins, how are you feeling about it?

02:08 With Rancid and Smashing Pumpkins?

02:10 We're doing a big tour with them in the States, and the Linda Lindas, who are a great band.

02:19 I love Smashing Pumpkins, and Rancid we go way back with.

02:23 It's always like bros from a long time ago. It's going to be fun.

02:29 What's it been like to see such an incredible response to the new album?

02:33 I didn't know what to expect.

02:36 I think when you're at it this long, you hope for the best.

02:43 How do you feel about it?

02:44 It's been great. I think we just had our fifth number one record in the UK.

02:49 That's fucking amazing.

02:52 It's the best place to be number one at, in my opinion.

02:56 Best place to be number one?

02:58 Yeah, absolutely.

03:08 How long are you going to be in London for? What are your plans?

03:11 We've just been hanging out. I have family out here, so it's been nice to just walk around the streets a little bit,

03:17 walk the canal and do a little spray painting. It's been fun.

03:21 Do you reckon we can see more intimate shows from you coming up?

03:24 Some more intimate surprise gigs?

03:26 Hopefully. Yeah, we'd love to do it.

03:29 Maybe before we play Wembley Stadium, we'll play a smaller venue or something.
