00:05 I'm Margaret.
00:18 I'm Maureen.
00:20 And I'm the eldest by five minutes.
00:24 We're twins.
00:24 We're related, but we're still friends.
00:27 And you can't have a better friend than a twin.
00:31 Quite often, we do wear the same clothes.
00:34 On purpose or by accident?
00:36 No, by accident.
00:37 And also, we've got the same taste, taste in fashion.
00:41 [BIRDS CHIRPING]
00:55 When we was at school, we used to change places
01:00 and see if anybody would notice.
01:03 They didn't at first, but we carried on.
01:07 And then when it was noticeable, we had to stop it.
01:11 And then when we first started work, when we was 15,
01:16 we worked as machinists.
01:18 And Margaret didn't like a job that she was doing one time.
01:24 I said, I'll see what you're doing,
01:25 and you see what I'm doing.
01:27 And then when we have finished tea break, you go to my machine,
01:31 and I'll go to yours.
01:33 And nobody ever did find out.
01:35 [LAUGHTER]
01:36 No, no.
01:38 But we only ever done that once, just in case.

01:49 If I'm not feeling 100%, I know neither is she.
02:06 And we'll phone each other, and we'll
02:08 compare how we feel in that.
02:11 And it's just one of those things.
02:13 It's what they call telepathy.
02:15 But well, I wasn't well.
02:19 And I phoned her, and I said, how are you doing today?
02:24 So she said, oh, she said, I've had a splitting headache.
02:26 I said, oh, thank goodness for that.
02:27 So she said, what?
02:28 I said, so have I. So I said, I know that everything's OK,
02:31 then, if we both feel like that.
02:33 Yeah.
02:34 [BIRDS CHIRPING]
02:37 We do a lot of things the same.
02:47 And we've got the same hairdresser.
02:50 We've had her for many, many years.
02:55 Even when we go on our walks and go shopping, we're together.

03:04 I went to work in a school.
03:13 And they still-- at my age now, we're both 83.
03:17 And when I go out, they'll say, oh, hello, Miss Wright.
03:23 And I say, oh, hello.
03:24 I said, do I know you?
03:25 Because they're older now, and they're 30s.
03:28 And, well, you used to be our dinner lady.
03:31 I said, and you still remember me?
03:33 So they said, oh, yes.
03:35 And the same people say hello to me.
03:39 So, oh, hello, Miss Wright.
03:41 And I say, no, I'm not the dinner lady.
03:44 I said, I'm the other twin.
