Yes, well it's come around very quickly.
00:08
We've spent a lot of years working and focusing on what we do,
00:12
so time just goes so quickly.
00:14
We're very proud to still be here
00:16
and with the support of our customers, our regular customers.
00:19
We've had three generations come through this door
00:23
and yeah, it's lovely to meet everyone.
00:26
And every day we have people I know and we're able to help them
00:30
and not only sell pieces but also solve problems.
00:34
We're here for the easy and also the hard jobs.

And you know, you don't need to know what you want to buy,
01:04
you just come in and get inspiration.
01:06
We've got a dedicated staff that can help you
01:10
and find lovely pieces for you,
01:12
so yeah, we're very proud to be here.
01:14

01:24
It's all about old-fashioned service.
01:27
We still take cash, we still gift wrap, we still do lay-bys.
01:32
We're flexible, so if somebody doesn't have
01:35
a 20 or 30% deposit on a lay-by, we'll take a little bit less.
01:39
We extend our lay-bys, so it's personal as well.
01:42
We know our customers and we understand that this is a luxury item
01:47
and sometimes they need a bit of extra time.
01:50
So I think the longest lay-by we ever had was over two years
01:53
on a ruby ring.
01:55
She did love that ruby ring and was very happy.
01:58
So I think it's as simple as that.
02:02
Yeah.
