Deputy Speaker Quezon 2nd district Rep. David "Jay-jay" Suarez insists that there is no row between the House of Representatives--where he belongs to--and the Senate.
Speaking in a press conference Monday, Feb. 26, Suarez, reckoned that the 24-member Senate simply aren't used to working with a "vocal" House.
