00:00 This is the worst situation in the country.
00:06 And I want to ask our leaders from the coasts, they are quiet.
00:14 Why are they quiet?
00:16 But any of you who goes to a leukemia, much as the police will deal with this problem,
00:23 much as the administration will deal with this problem, this is a problem affecting
00:29 the people that you lead.
00:32 And in my view, this concern should not be coming from me or CS Interior or from the
00:40 Regional Commission.
00:41 Are they scared of the drug barons?
00:43 Are they scared?
00:44 These are elected leaders.
00:45 Most of them are elected leaders.
00:46 Why are they afraid to talk?
01:03 Or could it be some of these drug barons who helped them find the drugs?
01:11 This is a question we are asking.
01:13 Because why are people quiet?
01:15 The children are dying.
01:17 They are zombies.
01:18 There is a serious crisis on the coast.
01:22 The leadership is quiet.
01:24 I have heard at least Moha, the one who is in charge of the drug barons.
01:32 And Captain Reda.
01:33 I have heard them speak.
01:36 That I want to confirm.
01:39 But leaders are quiet.
01:41 Why are leaders in the coast quiet as our young population is being killed and destroyed
01:49 by drugs?
01:52 Why are some not here?
01:54 This is a very important conference to discuss the very existence of our population in this
02:00 region.
02:02 This is a conversation that every elected leader should be part of because it's a serious
02:08 problem.
02:09 So that is a question I want to pose to our elected leaders.
02:13 We want to hear you more.
02:17 Because leaders are very important.
02:20 Because they represent the people.
02:22 Unless the leaders are telling us there is no problem.
02:25 If there is no problem, why are the leaders quiet?
02:48 Why?
02:49 It is very worrisome.
02:54 And we are concerned as a government.
02:57 Why?
02:58 The rest of the country, the leaders are happy in the mums.
03:01 We were there, every single one of them was there.
03:05 They were all saying, "We want to do this, we want to do that.
03:09 There is a problem here, there is a problem there."
03:12 Those people are the ones who are calling us.
03:15 Saying, "Don't go anywhere."
03:17 They are the ones who are leading these people.
03:20 Someone call them.
03:21 "The police station has been destroyed."
03:23 Other than Moha and Captain Reda, nobody has called us to say, "There is a problem here."
03:32 I want to be very cardious.
03:39 I am not afraid of the drug dealers, I am not afraid of my professor, I am not afraid of the IG.
03:54 We don't hear you.
03:55 Why don't you help us in oversighting our security agencies and tell us where there is a gap?
04:01 How will we know where there is a gap?
04:09 Tell us.
04:10 The way we have been accepting the government offices here, how will it work?
04:15 Will the problem be solved or will it be closed?
