00:08 Yeah, just not good enough. Arsenal were better than us in every department today. It's a

00:17 tough one to take on the chin. You look back at probably the last 10, 15 games and we're

00:22 always able to draw on positives on the game. Today's one you have to take on the chin and

00:28 probably say less and make sure you get the energy back in the team for the next game

00:34 because that's all we have to focus on now.

00:37 What do you think the reason was for the things not being there that have been in recent years?

00:45 I don't know. You do get days like this sometimes and when you have a day like this and where

00:51 we are in the league you get punished and the gap shows then. For us to stay in games,

01:00 to have a chance to have results, it takes for us to have really good performances, collectively

01:05 and individually. That's what I think we've seen for a while now and today wasn't a good

01:14 But like I say, I can see, obviously you've been in football long enough to know how these

01:23 type of games give you that really bad feeling when you leave the stadium. But we have to

01:31 focus now on building that energy back up. I know it will be easy now for a lot of people

01:37 to write us off. That's fine. It's not who we need right now. Who we need is, and I mean

01:44 the outside world, who we need is our own fans, our own players and definitely the staff

01:50 to portray that energy that we believe, that we are ready for the next game. We want to

01:57 fight for this.

01:58 Can you imagine being disappointed with a start to both halves, conceding a goal so

02:08 I think when you have a season and you're near the bottom of the league, you're at the

02:11 bottom of the league, you can write a story about every type of goal this season. Again,

02:20 it's something that I think would be wrong for me to start nitpicking what has happened

02:24 in every goal. I don't think that explains the story of this game.

02:28 The Liverpool game you can say two set-piece goals and otherwise you play a very good game

02:32 and you can get a result, two big chances. Today not. That's why the only focus for me

02:39 is to not let this game drag and have full energy towards the next game.
