00:23 were forced to cancel a press conference. Hodgson, who has managed England and some

00:29 of the biggest teams in Europe, first managed Palace between September 2017 and May 2021

00:37 and then returned for his second spell in March 2023 on a short-term deal to replace

00:42 Patrick Vieira. He was kept on for the 23/24 season after steering Palace to an 11th place

00:48 finish but enjoyed a difficult campaign so far, winning just six of his 24 matches. With

00:55 banners being out at games calling for change, Roy Hodgson's position as manager was looking

01:00 in doubt and rumours have been circulating that Oliver Glasner was already being lined

01:06 up. However, Crystal Palace have maintained their high regard of Hodgson and publicly
