Drake agrees to pay for a fan's surgery during concert

Drake was in St. Louis performing, last night. He noticed a fan holding a sign asking for him to pay for his surgery. Not only did Drake stop the concert to acknowledge this, but also, he told the fan he would pay for their surgery.
