00:00 Good afternoon everyone, this is our weather update.

00:04 The wind is still strong and the big part of Luzon is affected, along with Metro Manila.

00:10 And the shoreline is affected by the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

00:18 So today, we can still expect cloudy skies with rain in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Aurora, Quezon,

00:27 Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas.

00:31 At the moment, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or storms in the Philippine Area over responsibility,

00:39 and not in the Pacific Ocean.

00:42 And in the future, the wind will continue to affect the big part of Luzon,

00:50 so the weather will be cloudy with chances of light rain in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Aurora, and Quezon.

01:01 And because of the effect of the shoreline, the sky will be cloudy with scattered rain and thunderstorms

01:10 in Bicol Region and the provinces of Mindoro.

01:15 In the eastern part of Luzon, along with Metro Manila, tomorrow will be a good and clear day,

01:23 except for isolated rain.

01:27 And let's move to Visayas and Mindanao.

01:31 In Western Visayas, because of the effect of the shoreline, the sky will be cloudy almost all day

01:39 with chances of scattered rain and thunderstorms.

01:44 Meanwhile, the northern part of Visayas and Mindanao will be a good and clear day

01:55 where the sky will be cloudy almost all day.

02:01 But there are still chances of sudden rain due to thunderstorms.

02:10 Because of the strong wind, we still have high chances of thunderstorms.

02:15 That's why today we issued Gale Warning No. 3.

02:19 The places under Gale Warning No. 3 are Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan, along with Baboyan Islands,

02:28 Aurora, Northern Quezon, along with Pulilo Island, Northern and Eastern Coast of Catanuanes,

02:36 Eastern Coast of Albay, Eastern Coast of Sorsogon, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar.

02:44 So, our fellow countrymen, do not travel to these places because we still have high chances of thunderstorms.

02:53 For more details on our Gale Warning, you can read it on our Pag-asa website, pagasa.dust.gov.ph.

03:05 In our 3-day without clouds, there is still a chance of thunderstorms in a large part of the Luzon.

03:12 So, in Metro Manila and Baguio City, we can enjoy these days where the sky is cloudy almost all day,

03:21 but there are still chances of isolated and weak rains.

03:25 But in our town of Ligaspi City, on Wednesday, the sky is cloudy and there are still chances of weak rains due to thunderstorms.

03:34 But again, the weather will be better on Wednesday and Friday.

03:39 In Bisayas, we are fair-weather for the next 3 days, where the weather is also cloudy.

03:49 But there are still chances of localized thunderstorms, where there will be weak to moderate rains.

03:57 Sometimes, there are chances of strong rains.

04:03 We are fair-weather for the next 3 days in the mid-South, except for localized thunderstorms,

04:10 where there will be weak to moderate rains.

04:15 The sun will set later at 5.59 p.m. and the sun will rise tomorrow at 6.22 a.m.
