हाल ही में केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने विस्तारित बजट सत्र में एक व्हाइट पेपर पेश किया है. जिसमें यूपीए गोवेर्मेंट के पिछले 10 सालों में देश की इकनोमिक ग्रोथ के बारे में बात की गयी. वहीं 'श्वेत पत्र' पर सरकार को घेरने के लिए विपक्ष ने 'ब्लैक पेपर' जारी किया है जिसके बाद से यह बजट सत्र का मुख्य मुद्दा बन गया है.अब ये होता क्या है वो जान लेते है।
