Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party has prepared a black paper to counter the Maharashtra government's White Paper on irrigation in the state. Kejriwal will release the paper in Raigad district's Roha locality, which is the political stronghold of irrigation minister Sunil Tatkare. A press release issued by the party said that the Black Paper had been prepared after studying data from various government sources.
