00:14 But Sarawak Police Chief Mancha Atta said investigations are ongoing over allegations

00:19 that Taib was discharged from hospital by his wife against medical advice on Saturday.

00:25 The case is being investigated under Section 336 of the Penal Code for endangerment of

00:32 On Monday, police confirmed receiving a report on the claim that Taib was removed from the

00:36 Norma Medical Specialist Centre in Kuching after a copy of the report went viral on social

00:42 Taib was reportedly undergoing treatment at the intensive care unit of the private hospital.

00:47 The report claimed that late Saturday night, Raghad removed all medication attached to

00:51 Taib without informing hospital staff.

00:54 Raghad later issued a statement on Instagram denying that she had taken her husband out

00:58 of hospital against the doctor's advice.
