A 49-year-old real estate agent has claimed trial at a Kota Kinabalu Magistrate's court on Friday (Feb 2) to two charges of threatening a teacher and causing hurt to another in a school recently.

It was reported earlier that the man's 17-year-old son called him to the school after he was allegedly caught smoking in the toilet.

00:32 State Prosecution Director Nara Dola applied for RM5,000 bail for both offences.

00:48 Magistrate Stephanie Sharon Abbey then set bail at RM3,000 and fixed March 7 for case
