00:07 potential and in the Living Lab itself it will bring together our community, our expert lecturers and researchers with industry.

00:16 The ability to create knowledge, get people excited and engaged with science and technology.

00:22 We have a full program of activity bringing people onto this campus. For me,

00:27 profitability in this University is really key where everyone benefits from a University,

00:32 but everyone benefits from the developments in technology.

00:35 So having this Living Lab here in the centre, in the heart of this city will really bring that potential to life.

00:41 Well, this represents a huge vote of confidence in Peterborough, our city. I see the majority of the people who come to this

00:49 University are from PE postcodes. That shows it's got a local contingent.

00:54 This is really giving local people that kickstart in life to go on and get high skilled, high wage jobs.
