00:07 almost the pinnacle of Peterborough, I'm really proud and pleased to welcome you to ARU Peterborough

00:14 and third topping out ceremony I've been to in the space of three years that I've been with the University.

00:22 And much has changed in those three years, but most importantly is not actually the buildings

00:28 that have been the big change. The change is we have students in these buildings.

00:33 We've got students learning and thriving in our city, creating the possibility that we see for this community and beyond.
