2 inch piece grated ginger 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 cup water 1 small carrot grated 1/4 cup sugar (use to preference) 1 cup Plain flour 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup grated sweet potato Banana leaves or foil for wrapping and some string for tying 1-2 cups water (for boiling)
Cook for 25-30 minutes and drain fully. Cool before opening as remaining water in the leaves may burn you.
