00:29 There are many benefits of fish oil.

00:33 This is what we call essential fatty acids.

00:37 It's good not only for the heart,

00:40 but also for the brain and even the eyes.

00:44 But for the heart, it helps to lower triglycerides.

00:48 If you are testing your cholesterol levels or lipid profile,

00:53 it can lower triglycerides.

00:56 It can also lower blood pressure.

00:59 Essential fatty acids like EPA are important

01:04 because they need the nutrients of our blood vessels

01:08 to keep us healthy.

01:10 Another type of fish oil is DHA.

01:13 This is good for cognitive and brain function.

01:16 There are many benefits of fish oil.
