This is the moment killer Dirk Howell was arrested trying to board a train at a railway station following the death of his girlfriend's nine-year-old son. The 41-year-old murdered Alfie Steele in Droitwich, Worcestershire in February 2021. Alfie died from more than 50 different injuries and his lifeless body was found in the bath after being subjected to a "sinister" campaign of abuse.
