Mark Zuckerberg is investing $100 million to develop amenities at his 1,400-acre Hawaiian ranch called Ko'olau Ranch. Plans include a 5,000-square-foot underground bunker located between the property's two main buildings totaling 57,000 square feet. Other structures will include treehouses, pools, hot tubs, a tennis court, and facilities for power generation and food production. Zuckerberg aims to raise cattle with a diet including macadamia nuts and beer grown on the ranch.
