Proceeds from sale of disability housing site in Adelaide going towards disability support

A former disability housing site in Adelaide's inner south-east has been sold for $42 million with the proceeds to go towards supporting South Australians with disabilities. Developers plan to build aged care, retirement and residential housing on the site, but there are questions over whether it'll include affordable housing.
