When you make homemade oat milk, you always end up with some mixed and soaked oats. Don't throw this ! It's called Okara and you can make some cookies with it ! Let's bake some following our step by step recipe :-)
Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz okara
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 oz dark chocolate
