00:21 And I stop eating at 7 o'clock, unless I'm just starving to death and I'll have like

00:26 a yogurt or a string cheese or something like that.

00:29 But I think that you need to give your body that break until breakfast.

00:40 The biggest dieting mistake I ever made was to think I could lose weight fast or with

00:45 a trick.

00:47 I did everything.

00:48 Liquid, cookies, I mean the whole diet that they did.

00:53 It doesn't work to go in for me to weigh in or measure any of those things.

00:57 It's humiliating.

00:58 So the best is just to learn what your triggers are and that food is your friend.

01:05 And when you start to feel good, it's euphoric.

01:10 I'll never go back to what I was.

01:18 Well yeah, for award shows you have to pick your, you know, you make sure your hair is

01:22 done and cut and colored.

01:24 And you make sure that you have your right outfit and things like that.

01:28 But as far as personally, I like to pack as minimal as I can and just go be and enjoy.

01:36 And just, I think we worry too much, you know, and so I think when you're going for personal

01:45 reasons I think you should just go and have a good time.

01:53 I was with, I won't say who she is, but she's a celebrity.

01:57 And they were talking about my hair and I said there is one product that's been with

02:02 me for like 30 years on my table and it's Jon Amico's hairspray.

02:07 And I love it because it's not sticky but it makes your hair look healthy and shine.

02:13 And I would say that's the, it's a fantastic, it's in a black can and it is the bomb.

02:24 Well drugstores, you know there's only a few companies that make all the makeup.

02:28 So drugstore makeup you can find great things in there that are much more inexpensive.

02:33 But the one product that I really love that's inexpensive and awesome for your skin is,

02:40 it's called Bio Oil I believe it's called.

02:43 I think it's called Bio Oil.

02:45 And it's inexpensive and as soon as I get out of the shower, I actually keep mine in

02:48 the shower, I rub it into my skin while my skin is moist.

02:52 And it is awesome.

02:59 Well my mother had beautiful skin.

03:02 From the time I can remember she would come to my bed every night with a warm washcloth

03:06 and say you must keep your face clean.

03:09 And so I don't believe in over heavy products.

03:13 I believe in, I do like Retin-A. I think Retin-A as soon as you're 30 you should start using

03:19 it.

03:20 It's a great thing to start doing and I think it just helps you get rid of that excess flaking

03:27 and keeps you breathing.

03:29 It helps your collagen.

03:32 And so that's the one product that I would say is a must.

03:36 And I've done it for years.
