00:14 you might just be able to get a fake tan or a tracksuit in Wakefield. Living in

00:19 the shadow of Leeds you'll struggle to figure out the official sandwich of

00:22 Wakefield. Some say it's a bottle of prime in white bread but I'm going to do

00:27 Wakey a favour and crown them this beautiful spiced lamb sarnie in between

00:32 two homemade naan, accompanied with some pickled veg and a yogurt, honey and mint

00:38 sauce. From what I can see people use Wakefield to escape the darker more
