00:48 We are ready whenever this may be reached to access the hostages, to facilitate another

00:55 release and to provide them, of course, with the medications that they may need so that

01:02 they can also be reunited with their families.

01:04 It would be impossible to do so and it would not be safe for the hostages themselves to

01:09 be doing this while there is active armed hostilities ongoing.

01:13 This is why we need a firm agreement from both sides to the conflict.

01:18 We are ready to do our part and step in as the neutral intermediary, but we do not have

01:23 political affiliations, we do not have weapons, we cannot kick doors down without this agreement.
