02:10 Retired optometrist Terry Sanderson
02:12 was seeking more than $300,000 in damages
02:14 after alleging Gwyneth's out-of-control skiing
02:17 caused a hit-and-run collision,
02:19 leaving him with, quote, brain injury,
02:21 four broken ribs, and other serious injuries.
02:23 Mr. Sanderson categorically hit me on that ski slope,
02:28 and that is the truth.
02:29 Gwyneth's two children with ex-Chris Martin,
02:32 Apple and Moses, were supposed to take the stand.
02:34 In one of the cringier moments,
02:36 their depositions were read out loud instead.

07:58 The civil suit stems from a 2021 incident
08:01 where A$AP allegedly pointed a semi-automatic weapon
08:04 and fired it multiple times at his former friend,
08:07 A$AP Relly.
08:08 Rocky has always denied the allegations.
08:11 The evidence doesn't look good against A$AP Rocky.
08:15 There's video surveillance of him with a gun.
08:18 Prosecutors allege Rocky can be seen putting the gun
08:21 in his pants in this surveillance video played in court.
08:24 And while you do not see a weapon fired,
08:27 gunshots are heard.
08:28 I am certain Rocky is gonna be vindicated in all this.
08:32 If convicted, A$AP faces up to 24 years in prison.
08:36 As for Rihanna's support, our source says the couple
08:39 is a quote, "team and will always support each other,"
08:42 while also being careful not to let anything
08:44 impact their baby's peace.
08:46 A pretrial arraignment is set for January 8th.

08:51 And in August, Rapper Tory Lanez was sentenced
08:53 to 10 years in prison after being convicted
08:55 of shooting Megan Thee Stallion back in 2020.

09:11 whose real name is Daystar Peterson,
09:13 maintained his innocence.
09:14 How does Mr. Peterson handling this?
09:16 The sentence handed down was incredibly harsh.
09:20 In the powerful victim's statement read in court,
09:23 Megan says she spiraled into a dark space
09:26 and will never be the same.

09:30 He is incredibly remorseful and ashamed
09:32 and embarrassed that all of this happened.
09:34 Meanwhile, Danny Masterson remains in prison
09:37 after a jury found the former "That '70s Show" star
09:39 guilty of raping two ex-Scientologists in May.
09:43 His crimes were committed 20 years earlier.
09:46 He said, "Oh, I had sex with you last night."
09:48 And I said, "Was I unconscious?"
09:52 And he said, "Yeah."
09:55 Masterson was sentenced to the maximum,
09:57 30 years to life in September,
09:59 11 days after the sentencing,
10:01 his wife of 12 years, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce.
10:04 His former co-stars Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher
10:07 caused an uproar when their letters of support
10:09 for their former co-star leaked.
10:11 Obtained by Legal Affairs in trials with Megan Cuniff,
10:14 Ashton calls Danny a quote, "Role model
10:16 "who set an extraordinary standard
10:18 "around how you treat other people,"
10:20 adding, "I do not believe he is an ongoing harm to society."
10:24 And so much for talking.
10:27 Mila described Danny as an older brother figure,
10:30 saying, "She wholeheartedly vouches
10:32 "for Danny Masterson's exceptional character."
10:34 Ashton and Mila released a video explaining the letters
10:37 after they came to light.
10:39 The letters were not written to question
10:40 the legitimacy of the judicial system.
10:43 Danny's family reached out to us
10:44 and they asked us to write character letters
10:48 to represent the person that we knew for 25 years.
10:52 Ashton posted during Thanksgiving week
10:54 for the first time since the controversy.
