00:05 A Morrisons food van has been stolen whilst out delivering in Morecambe.

00:09 Police say the van was stolen by two men at 8.30am on Saturday December 30th whilst delivering

00:15 on Ennerdale Avenue.

00:16 The vehicle drove off erratically, colliding with two other vehicles before being abandoned

00:20 on Trummercar Lane in Heysham.

00:24 A man is in critical condition after his moped crashed into a wall on New Year's Day.

00:28 Emergency services were called to the scene on Blackburn Road in Hiawalton in Preston

00:32 at around 1.25am on Monday January 1st.

00:36 The casualty, aged in his 20s, suffered multiple serious injuries after his Suzuki moped veered

00:40 off the road and smashed into a wall outside the Swan Inn pub.

00:47 Two friends who were first on the scene of a horrific crash in Blackpool have been hailed

00:50 as heroes after saving the life of a badly injured man in the incident.

00:54 After a luxury McLaren car smashed into a house in St Anne's and burst into flames,

00:58 Lewis Simmons and Johnny Brown sprang into action dragging one of the car's occupants

01:04 The two occupants of the car, both men, suffered a number of serious injuries and were taken

01:08 to hospital for treatment.

01:12 Work is being carried out to secure a derelict Wigan mill which has been blighted by trespassing

01:17 Pagefield Mill in Swinley was once a thriving hub for industry and then used as a college

01:22 building but has fallen into disrepair in recent years.

01:25 It became a target for arsonists, vandals and youths looking for a thrill by climbing

01:29 onto the roof or up a tower, with emergency services called there regularly and local

01:33 authority bosses working to keep people away.

01:37 An emergency services closed the section of Church Street in Paddyham after a large loose

01:41 stone was spotted hanging over the edge of a garage roof behind the Starkey Arms pub.

01:46 The stone was spotted by Catherine Large who is the landlady of the nearby King's Arms.

01:50 After she raised the alarm, Lancashire Fire and Rescue were on the scene with police and

01:53 county council inspectors.
