At just 22, Chris Mosca was already a qualified pilot with Jetstar. The Gold Coaster's love and his passion for motorbikes, was a love affair that ended in tragedy when he was killed during a practice session at Willowbank's Queensland Raceway on Wednesday.
Mosca was thrown of his bike when he clipped the back tire of another bike after the open-ride session went under a red flag due to debris on the track. He died before rescue attempts could be made.
