00:00 I can't comment about any of that. It's a busy court list. We would have liked a decision today, but that's no criticism of the Magistrate.

00:07 As we've said all along, this is a long road. Some unfortunate circumstances took place, but we maintain our innocence.

00:16 And of course that will be dealt with on another day, but we can't be critical of the very busy court list.

00:21 As I said, the McLean walks on with his head held high. This matter will go on for a while, possibly in another jurisdiction.

00:30 But again, a sentence has to be passed and we have to respect the process.

00:34 They're pushing for jail. Does that make it a critical indiscretion?

00:38 It does. When jail's hanging over your head, of course it does.

00:42 We have our work cut out in respect to where we go after the sentence, but again, I'm part of the system. I have to respect the process.
