00:09 I think the Ballarat people, they're very, very friendly and they support small businesses very well.

00:16 So that's one of the things I enjoy.

00:19 The food scene is amazing, lots of good restaurants.

00:23 And the weather's not that great but the council organised lots of different activities to suit whatever weather we have.

00:33 So I really enjoy being part of the community that way.

00:40 Selling at markets, I get to meet different types of people.

00:43 And there's some people that have been following me since the very start and I've got to know them.

00:51 What kind of things do you want us to do better in the environment?

00:55 Yeah, just using more environmentally friendly packaging.

01:04 Just being more conscious of rubbish and how we dispose of them and all that.
