01:39 But how refreshing was it to team up again for a fun, exciting ride?

01:42 Yeah, it was awesome, especially with this particular content.

01:47 It was very different, as you said, tonally.

01:49 And so, I've admired Mark's work for quite some time.

01:52 And so, when I read the script and I had this opportunity,

01:55 I jumped at the chance.

01:57 Yes.

01:58 I did. I did. I adore him.

02:05 Oh, so pumped.

02:06 Nothing brings a family together like a road trip.

02:08 Did you play a part in casting this one?

02:10 I recommended her right away.

02:12 I think, you know, it's a fine line with the action, the comedy,

02:18 and then also, you know, being able to keep this secret from our wife

02:22 and not making it seem like she's just oblivious to everything.

02:25 And then, she also then ends up having to carry a lot of the film.

02:29 And so, you know, she's been nothing but a joy to work with

02:32 and a joy just to get to know.

02:34 And she's also...

02:35 She's a wife, she's a mom.

02:37 Yeah, you get it.

02:38 Yeah, we get it. That's exactly right.

02:40 And she's all about family.

02:41 I've always only heard her talking about her family.

02:44 I love that.

02:45 I mean, just the chemistry was next level with y'all.

02:53 that we have seen a baby Bjorn being rocked during a fight scene.

03:17 because it was making the kids so upset,

03:19 we had two sets of twins during that particular sequence,

03:24 and they were not having it.

03:26 Well, can you...

03:27 I can't blame them.

03:28 I mean...

03:29 No.

03:30 So, the kids are really in the Bjorn for most of it?

03:33 Because what we wanted to do

03:35 and what we thought would be really cool for the audience

03:38 was that the audience knows my secret,

03:40 but also my youngest son,

03:41 but he can't verbally communicate what the secret is,

03:44 so he enjoys seeing Dad get turned up.

03:47 Giggling and clapping all the way through.

03:49 Yeah, so we wanted a lot of giggling and clapping

03:51 and the baby being happy in that kind of dangerous event.

03:55 And so, I was like,

03:56 "If this is how it's going to be, we're in for a long, hard shoot."

03:59 Oh, my gosh.

04:00 But then the professionals came in,

04:02 they created the chemistry with the babies,

04:04 and then it was time for the baby to steal the movie.

04:08 He's so adorable.

06:07 What was it like taking on that charge

06:09 and being able to get into the action

06:11 and the physical comedy of things with a song?

06:13 I love that so much.

06:14 My career kind of started in comedy,

06:16 and I've kind of veered away from that for a while,

06:18 so this was really great for me to get to

06:21 kind of dive headfirst into it.

06:22 There was so many great moments that I could--

06:25 And you go headfirst at some points.

06:27 Yeah, and like--

06:28 Yeah, that's right, literally.

06:30 And I had so much fun with my co-star, Maggie Q,

06:33 who's just a badass,

06:34 and we had a great time together.

06:36 This guy here, folks like Mark Wahlberg, Tom Cruise,

06:39 have they taught you anything about taking on stunt work

06:43 over the course of your career?

06:44 You know what?

06:45 I'm jealous.

06:46 I'm so jealous of Mark,

06:48 because he's just been doing it for years,

06:50 and he can really learn choreography like that

06:52 within like 30 seconds.

06:53 They come up, they're like,

06:54 "You gotta do this and this and this,"

06:56 and then Mark's like, "All right, got it,"

06:57 and they roll camera, and he just does it,

06:59 and it's flawless, and you really need one take.

07:00 I really need to train for like a couple of months

07:03 and really get the choreography down,

07:05 specifically because I--

07:07 I mean, obviously I don't want to hurt myself,

07:09 but I really, really don't want to hurt anyone else.

07:11 You make the most painful of looking scenes

07:13 look effortless, and like you really do.

07:16 Now, Mark, you recently said that you

07:18 were really drawn to the script

07:20 because of this family dynamic,

07:21 which just is showcased from start to finish in this film.

07:25 You're embracing your age right now,

07:28 and you've even said that you look forward

07:30 to playing the role of a grandpa someday.

07:33 So, when is it--

07:34 If I'm lucky enough to be able to,

07:36 you know, at that capacity, that'd be fantastic.

07:39 But I don't see you slowing down anytime soon

07:41 when it comes to it.

07:42 I'm certainly not trying to,

07:43 but I also don't want to like be that guy

07:46 who's trying to still play young,

07:48 you know, playing a soldier

07:50 who's just joined the military.

07:51 Like, you gotta be realistic, right?

07:53 I want to age gracefully and embrace getting older,

07:56 but certainly I want as much longevity as possible, so.

07:59 I mean, you really need to up the workout,

08:01 wake up a little earlier to hit the gym a little harder.

08:03 I don't know.

08:04 I woke up pretty early today.

08:05 I started falling asleep in the last interview.

08:07 It's almost bedtime now.
