Sometimes, it can be easy to identify that an unpaid bill or a work deadline is the cause of your worries. But your feelings can build up from various factors in winter, including SAD, work, financial worries, illnesses and relationships." The expert explains that although it is normal for your mood to dip sometimes, it is important to keep an eye on how you are feeling during certain times of the year.
