00:00 This year, our department met the criteria set by the Ministry of Health,

00:08 specifically the Medical Fund, which went to the patients, to the rehabilitation departments,

00:14 to equip these departments with robotic equipment.

00:17 This is extremely important in everyday work, both for rehabilitation doctors and physiotherapists.

00:23 Often, such departments, you could say, city or municipal departments, city hospitals,

00:30 municipal hospitals do not have the funds to buy this equipment with their own money.

00:35 Our department, because it is quite large, has 80-6 beds.

00:41 And what is important, we also accept and treat people after surgery.

00:47 And that's why we got this funding.

00:51 We got about PLN 1 million for which we bought the most modern robotic equipment on the market

01:03 for rehabilitation of people with disfunctions of the movement system.

01:06 For a week or 10 days, we have a platform of the French company LPG in our offer.

01:14 It is a 360-degree platform that has 4 engines and, as you have seen, makes it difficult for patients to live.

01:29 We use it when working with orthopedic and neurological patients.

01:36 As a curiosity, a man who trained us in the field of this platform told us

01:42 that we are the first center that has this platform and is not a private center,

01:49 but a state center, so this is probably very important information.

01:54 In fact, we do not know this platform yet and I would not like to say what advantages and disadvantages it has.

02:03 However, we get to know it, we like it and, most importantly, patients are very happy to use it.

02:09 I hope that in 6 months we will be able to say much more about the effectiveness of treatment by using this platform.

02:19 We have some modern devices that we have been using for some time.

02:25 At the beginning, we had some concerns whether the older group of patients is able to enjoy this modern robot,

02:32 and to our surprise, most people are very proud of these technical innovations.

02:42 This is probably satisfactory, but all the time, such work with a patient eye to eye,

02:51 hand in hand, remains a favorite.
