00:09 Western Command Spokesperson Commander Ariel Joseph Coloma will point out the agency's efforts to recover the small cargo ships.

02:33 The OFWs are still working on the repatriation efforts.

02:37 They are not yet able to reach the OFWs' home. They are still talking about the holiday season and their families in the Philippines.

02:56 If the situation is wartime and the financial benefit is higher from P30,000,
