00:41 And even in its interventions in ASEAN meetings, it has always been strongly supportive of

00:46 the Philippines on West Philippine issues, and even the arbitral award.

00:49 Anti-crime and counter-terrorism have always been part of ASEAN agenda, not only with Japan,

00:55 but with almost all of the major partners.

00:58 So it's been a longstanding affair, especially since 9/11, and the mechanisms of cooperation

01:08 have already been in operation since then.

01:12 So as for the intensification of that, yeah, probably yes.
