01:27 with the support of the right leadership of the city of Jezan,

01:44 including the advance payment of up to 20% to the competitors,

01:53 which gives ease and flexibility to the competitors and to their liquidity in implementing projects.

03:47 The rest of the projects are also huge, but we have worked to make it possible for local competitors to get a chance to take these projects.
