00:21 at the COP28 Summit, where the princess represents Her Majesty the King Mohamed II Sis.

00:31 who represent a source of confidence to face the challenges of climate change.
00:36 The princess recalled that the Mohamed II Sis Foundation for Environment began deploying
00:41 its programs 20 years ago under the leadership of Her Majesty the King.

00:50 the foundation has helped young Moroccans understand climate change
00:54 and the impact it has on their environment.
00:57 Sustainable development goals have also been integrated into the school programs

01:10 So many efforts have begun to translate into real change in the behavior of young Moroccans,

01:24 as evidenced by the launch of the African Youth Climate Hub Initiative
01:28 at the UN Climate Action Summit 2019.
01:31 The princess has thus reminded that this hub is now strong with 18,000 members.
01:37 This first education program has enabled the realization of 10 projects in 9 African countries,
01:42 generating more than half a million dollars in monthly income.
01:47 In 6 months, these startups have formed 20 partnerships and created many jobs.
01:52 Her Majesty the Queen has also stated that it was imperative to act decisively
01:57 to prevent the gap between the North and the South from opening up to new technologies
02:03 when artificial intelligence is involved in school programs.
