01:54 We want to continue our study today,
01:56 to continue or to look back at
01:58 Surah Al-Jatiyah
02:00 and also the next Surah,
02:02 Surah Al-Ahqaf.
02:04 We want to look at
02:06 page 499
02:08 where we are introduced
02:10 about one of the
02:12 Surahs of A'wamin, which is
02:14 Surah Al-Jatiyah which means
02:16 "Kneeling before Allah SWT"
02:19 Let's look at the first verse
02:21 to the third verse
02:23 of the beginning of Surah Al-Jatiyah
02:25 to explain the words
02:28 "Laa yatil lil mu'minin"
02:31 the verses that prove to the believers
02:34 in heaven and earth.
02:36 What does it mean?
02:37 Let's read the first verse
02:38 to the third verse together
02:39 with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tanweez.
02:41 Thank you, Fadhil Ustaz Fazrul
02:43 and I start with Fadhil Ustaz Mustafa.
02:45 Ladies and gentlemen,
02:47 ladies and gentlemen,
02:48 the companions of the Quran
02:49 that is loved by Allah SWT.
02:52 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
02:54 Alhamdulillah, we meet again today.
02:56 We want to read for the beginning
02:58 the first verse
03:00 to the third verse
03:02 of Surah Al-Jatiyah
03:04 as we have shared before.
03:07 "Haa mim"
03:09 "Mad lazim harfi mukhaffaf"
03:11 "Haa dua harakat mim"
03:13 six movements of the way of reading it.
03:15 Let's read together the first verse
03:17 to the third verse
03:19 in page 499.
03:22 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
03:27 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
03:43 "Haa mim"
03:51 "Tanzilul kitabi min Allahi al-Aziz al-Hakeem"
04:10 "Inna fissamawati wal-ard"
04:23 "la ayati lil-mu'minin"
04:34 "sadaqallahu l-azim"
04:44 Surah Al-A'zim, that was the reading
04:46 from the first to the third verse.
04:48 Thank you for the recitation, Ustaz Tanu Zid.
04:50 Where it means "Haa mim"
04:52 This book was revealed by Allah,
04:54 the Most Great, the Most Wise.
04:56 Indeed, in heaven and earth there are signs
04:58 for the believers.
05:01 "Lil-mu'minin" not "liyuminun"
05:04 We would like to, together with Ustaz Mustafa,
05:06 to explain in the rank of a believer
05:10 why heaven and earth become
05:13 a big sign and why it is important
05:16 to start this Surah Al-Jathiyah.
05:19 Please, Ustaz.
05:20 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
05:21 "Wa ala Rasulillah"
05:22 "Allahumma salli wa sallim 'ala Sayyidina Muhammad
05:25 wa 'ala alihi wa as'habihi wa minta bi'ahum bi'isani ilayhum id-din"
05:28 "Allahumma salli wa sallim 'ala Sayyidina Muhammad
05:31 wa 'ala alihi wa as'habihi wa minta bi'ahum bi'isani ilayhum id-din"
05:34 "A'baba"
05:35 I would like to thank Ustaz Faz, Ustaz Tar, Alhamdulillah.
05:38 If we pay attention, from part 9 to 5.04,
05:42 we will have another 100 pages of Surah.
05:45 So, hopefully, after this,
05:47 even though it is finished,
05:48 it is like Ramadan, right?
05:49 So, it is not finished there.
05:51 So, InshaAllah, it will be repeated.
05:53 So, when we talk about the signs of Allah's Power,
05:57 among them is the heavens and the earth.
05:59 And, actually, if we pay attention,
06:02 this is something that we can see.
06:04 That is why it is called "Ilm ul-Yaqin"
06:08 and "Ayn ul-Yaqin".
06:09 We understand this "Ilm", we just know it.
06:11 Usually, in this hellish heaven, we have "Ilm",
06:13 but we have never seen it.
06:14 But when we talk about what we call "Ayn ul-Yaqin",
06:19 in our eyes, we are really sure that we see
06:22 that the event of Allah SWT,
06:24 there is the heavens, there is the earth,
06:26 "Waljibal autadha"
06:28 We make the hill of Mount Gandang as a market.
06:31 We make "Wannaha rama'asha"
06:34 We make the day as a day for people to go to work, etc.
06:38 And this is something that we see.
06:40 And that is why Allah said,
06:41 if we pay attention,
06:42 look, there are three times Allah repeated the verse.
06:45 In the third verse,
06:47 the fourth verse,
06:48 and also the fifth verse.
06:49 So, if people really see the signs of Allah's Power,
06:53 Allah SWT,
06:54 they can become believers,
06:56 they can become believers,
06:58 and they can use their intellect as well as possible
07:01 on the signs and the power of Allah SWT.
07:05 And vice versa,
07:06 if they cannot or do not see the faith,
07:09 the intellect or the good side
07:11 from the point of view of what Allah has done,
07:14 then Allah said in the eighth verse,
07:16 the ninth verse,
07:17 the tenth verse,
07:18 and also the eleventh verse,
07:20 this is what they will get.
07:21 Because Allah repeated it many times.
07:23 "Bi'adhaa bin alim"
07:25 Then "Adhaa bimuhin"
07:26 The ninth verse,
07:27 the tenth verse,
07:28 "Adhaa bin adhim"
07:29 And also the eleventh verse,
07:30 "Adhaa bim min rizin alim"
07:32 So, it shows that actually,
07:34 all of these painful torments,
07:36 humiliating torments,
07:37 great torments,
07:38 these are all things that cannot be seen.
07:41 But the one before was seen.
07:42 The one above was seen.
07:44 So, this is where Allah actually gives space and opportunity to humans,
07:47 when they are on this face of the earth,
07:49 of course, they need what Allah has given them to see.
07:53 Allah also gives them trials,
07:55 pain and other things that they see.
07:57 So, of course,
07:58 they will be included among people who understand the verses,
08:01 the proofs,
08:02 the signs,
08:03 the power of Allah SWT,
08:05 and finally become believers,
08:06 become wise,
08:08 and also become people who are certain.
08:10 And that certainty,
08:11 certainty that time is on earth,
08:13 not certainty that it is in the hereafter.
08:15 Because, "Farji'na na'man salihan inna muqinun"
08:18 "We are certain that it is here, but in the hereafter."
08:21 So, that is why Allah gives us to see,
08:22 not this thing in the hereafter,
08:23 but in the world,
08:24 so that we are certain and believe.
08:26 Wa Allahu akbar.
08:27 Thank you, Al-Fadl Ustaz Mustafa,
08:28 for explaining the third verse at the end.
08:31 It is related to people who believe,
08:33 not only that,
08:34 but also certain,
08:36 and then,
08:37 using reason,
08:38 with six signs,
08:40 actually, if we count the heavens,
08:42 the earth,
08:43 the dust,
08:44 and also,
08:45 the water from the heavens,
08:47 all of those,
08:48 are the ones that lead us to appreciate,
08:52 to be certain,
08:53 to believe,
08:54 and also,
08:55 to use reason,
08:56 the knowledge that is given,
08:57 so that we are away from the torment.
08:59 It was repeated many times earlier, Ustaz,
09:01 about "Muhin, Azim, Rijzin, Alim",
09:04 which actually,
09:05 gives us a reminder,
09:06 it is better for us to remember here,
09:10 if we want to prostrate,
09:11 to prostrate a lot here, Ustaz,
09:13 before we prostrate,
09:15 prostrate for a long time,
09:17 and finally,
09:18 when it is determined,
09:20 what is the punishment,
09:22 the worry is one that humiliates,
09:25 a big one,
09:26 and a torment that hurts.
09:28 This is one of the points in page 499,
09:31 before we go to page 500,
09:34 where we want to read from the 20th verse,
09:37 when Allah tells us a few realities,
09:41 about how those who have attained faith,
09:45 or "Baghinat",
09:47 there are things that need to be given attention,
09:50 and Allah gives a stress on the 20th verse.
09:53 We read the 20th verse,
09:54 to hear the explanation,
09:56 what are the actual means for humans,
09:59 guidance,
10:00 and mercy,
10:01 to the people who "Yu'kinun",
10:04 earlier there were three,
10:05 "Yu'minun" or "Din Mu'minin",
10:07 "Yu'kinun" and also "Ya'qilun".
10:09 This time Allah gives a focus to "Yu'kinun"
10:12 at the end of the 20th verse.
10:13 We read it together with Al-Fadil Ustaz Tamizzi.
10:15 Please.
10:16 Thank you, Al-Fadil Ustaz Fazrul,
10:18 Al-Fadil Ustaz Mustafa,
10:19 ladies and gentlemen,
10:20 companions of the Quran,
10:21 dear brothers and sisters,
10:22 may Allah's mercy be upon you.
10:25 Let's move to page 500,
10:28 we want to read together,
10:30 the 20th verse,
10:32 we try to read it in a responsive way,
10:34 inshaAllah.
10:35 We will make a sound, inshaAllah.
10:37 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
10:41 [Reciting]
10:46 [Reciting]
11:02 [Reciting]
11:23 [Reciting]
11:32 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
11:33 The 20th verse of the Quran is a guidance for humans,
11:36 a sign and a mercy for those who believe.
11:40 "Yu'kinun" at the end of the 20th verse.
11:42 We hear the explanation from Al-Fadil Ustaz Mustafa,
11:45 how this verse explains to the sick people,
11:49 the diseases, the memory, the connection with the "Baghyam Bayyinahum"
11:53 about the Shariat that Allah has given to us.
11:56 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
11:58 [Reciting]
12:04 InshaAllah,
12:05 the name of Al-Quran,
12:07 according to Imam Mas'ud Yuti,
12:08 there are more than 50.
12:10 Even according to Imam Badr Al-Azhar Qachi,
12:12 there are more than 99 names.
12:15 Basair, Huda, Rahmah,
12:17 are among the names of Al-Quran that Allah SWT has mentioned.
12:21 And when we mention the name of Al-Quran,
12:24 it is obvious,
12:25 Imam An-Nawiyy and other scholars,
12:28 it becomes a proof of greatness,
12:31 if it has many names.
12:33 Like me, Mustafa,
12:35 it is not many.
12:36 But if there is a professor, Dr. Tansri,
12:39 that is a power.
12:41 That is great.
12:42 So, we say that this Al-Quran,
12:44 it means that Basair,
12:46 as Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Nasir Al-Saadi said,
12:48 is a guide,
12:50 a guide,
12:51 or more specifically,
12:53 it is a guide from the point of view
12:56 of what we want to bring to this world.
12:58 And of course, the previous verse mentioned about Shariat.
13:01 This Shariat,
13:02 actually, many people are sometimes confused.
13:05 So, to be a person who is certain,
13:07 the Shariat must be understood correctly.
13:09 So, this Shariat,
13:10 Shari'u man qablana,
13:12 which is the previous Shariat,
13:14 it focuses on the belief.
13:16 If we talk about Salat,
13:18 it is different.
13:19 So, the belief is the same.
13:21 The Shariat is the same,
13:23 but the law of Al-Faqah is sometimes a little different.
13:25 And our Shariat is the Shariat of Prophet SAW.
13:29 So, when we go back to Allah,
13:30 we say Basair,
13:32 which means as a guide,
13:34 and for a person,
13:36 why was a person placed first?
13:39 Why was Huda wa Rahmat placed last?
13:41 Why was Basair, Huda, wa Rahmat placed last?
13:44 Because, I want to tell you that
13:46 actually, a person,
13:48 if Basair,
13:49 he can, with a rough view,
13:51 he can see, he can do anything,
13:53 he can get it.
13:54 Because Basair is a guide.
13:56 If someone tells him something,
13:58 he can get a guide.
13:59 If someone gives him advice,
14:00 he can get a guide, a guide.
14:02 But, if he wants to get Rahmat,
14:04 he wants to get Huda,
14:05 he focuses on the belief,
14:07 "Qawmiyu Qinun".
14:08 If that person is not there,
14:10 he wants to be called,
14:11 to get, to be truly sure,
14:13 truly, truly,
14:14 then at that time, he will not get it.
14:16 For example, if we say,
14:17 a blind person is given a stick,
14:19 then the stick is Basair.
14:21 He can show.
14:22 But actually, it is not certain,
14:23 he can walk on the right path at the right time.
14:26 But if that person is given a stick,
14:27 and is taught,
14:28 this is the path,
14:29 this you have to remember,
14:30 after this there is a donkey,
14:31 and so on,
14:32 he has come.
14:33 Then that person goes to Basair and also Rahmat.
14:35 Another example, if we say,
14:37 that person,
14:38 he is deaf,
14:40 he does not hear.
14:41 So, if he is deaf and cannot hear,
14:42 if we want to say,
14:43 what words of Allah do we want to say?
14:45 We want to show him the words of Allah,
14:46 we usually say it on the top,
14:47 the words of Allah.
14:48 But if we say,
14:49 that we are used to saying certain words,
14:51 with the teachings of religion,
14:53 the words,
14:54 for example, Rahmat, Huda,
14:55 he can know because he is used to it.
14:57 So, we say there is a difference,
14:58 for all humans,
14:59 he becomes a guide,
15:00 a guide, and so on.
15:01 But that is actually the Al-Quran.
15:03 So, for those who really want to take,
15:05 those who are reasonable,
15:06 they will get what is called,
15:08 for a truly confident people,
15:10 and get Huda and also Rahmat.
15:12 Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
15:14 Huda and Rahmat,
15:15 Allah can give to those who are really looking for,
15:17 for those who are reasonable.
15:19 "Ulaika alayhim salawatum miarabbim wa rahmah
15:22 wa ulaika humul muhtadul"
15:23 So, Rahmat and the teachings of Allah,
15:26 before this we have had it in Surah Al-Baqarah,
15:28 and this is repeated,
15:30 so that we focus
15:32 on becoming a confident people,
15:34 on Rahmat and also,
15:36 what we call as a guide from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
15:39 Thank you, Ustaz Mustafa,
15:41 for explaining about the difference between
15:43 Basair, just now,
15:45 for humans, for example,
15:47 for all humans,
15:48 we can see the similarities
15:50 from things that can be grasped
15:52 or can be understood in general.
15:55 But when we talk about Huda,
15:57 the guide and Rahmat,
15:59 this is specific, in other words,
16:00 to the people who are always
16:02 looking for and building their confidence,
16:04 and what is the confidence?
16:06 Confidence in the day, the resurrection,
16:08 is one of the important things
16:10 in our lives.
16:12 When we have a long thinking,
16:14 then that becomes a guide and Rahmat from the Quran.
16:16 If not, it just looks like that.
16:18 There is nature,
16:20 there are trees, and so on.
16:22 But for those who know,
16:24 "Eh, can't the trees be like this only?"
16:26 "From nothing can grow,
16:28 I am the one who already has
16:30 this and that." If Allah wants to
16:32 grow it back, to revive it, it is easy for Allah SWT.
16:34 That is the way for people who
16:36 have a long thinking,
16:38 to get Huda, and more than that,
16:40 to feel the Rahmat
16:42 from Allah SWT.
16:44 And we move to
16:46 page 501
16:48 in this surah,
16:50 we want to see verse 23.
16:52 Allah brings to us
16:54 how there are
16:56 people who follow
16:58 their desires and raise them
17:00 as God.
17:02 We read verse 23 with
17:04 Al-Fadl Ustaz Tarmizi.
17:06 Thank you, Al-Fadl Ustaz Fazrul, Al-Fadl Ustaz Mustafa,
17:08 ladies and gentlemen,
17:10 the companions of the Quran, may Allah bless them all.
17:12 We want to
17:14 read verse 23.
17:16 At the beginning, we have read
17:18 with Mujahwad Nahawan.
17:20 Then, in the second, we read with Mujahwad Hijaz.
17:22 Today, we want to try
17:24 to read verse 23 with Mujahwad Ras.
17:26 We will see
17:28 if it becomes Ras or what?
17:30 We will try, I also want to try.
17:32 I want to invite Ibu Ayah as well.
17:34 May Allah protect us.
