00:00 Quran-e-Hakeem, Sirat-ul-Nabi (SAW)
00:04 Ahadith-e-Mubarka, Fiqh-e-Wasail-e-Bayan
00:07 and many more, God willing, with the best of scholars.
00:11 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan
00:22 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:24 Ladies and Gentlemen, Peace be upon you
00:26 May Allah's Mercy, Blessings and Forgiveness be upon you
00:28 The program of Shariah Law and Imam A'zam Abu Hanifa (RA)
00:33 is here to serve you with the most detailed issues of the Quran and Hadith
00:37 First, as always, I request you to watch all our programs
00:42 on our YouTube channel, on our official page on Facebook
00:47 and on our website www.aryqtv.qtv
00:53 and if you miss all the programs, you will find them there
01:01 Someone asked, if a man is offering Salah at home,
01:06 can a woman stand with him?
01:10 i.e. she can start her Salah but standing with him
01:13 Will the Salah be of a man or will it be broken?
01:16 Is this a command of the Jama'at or of a single person?
01:20 Whether a man and a woman stand together or a woman stands in front and a man stands behind
01:26 In this, the command of the Salah of a man is that
01:29 there are conditions for this
01:31 One of these is that either they have followed a single Imam
01:36 or like a woman is standing in front and a man is following her
01:41 and the Salah is performed at home
01:43 or a woman stands with him
01:46 but if both are performing Salah under the leadership of a single Imam
01:50 then the Salah of a man is corrupted
01:53 But if at home, a man is offering his Salah
01:56 and a woman is standing near him to offer her Salah
01:59 because they are not following a single Imam
02:02 both will be offered Salah
02:04 and in this case, there is no possibility of the Salah of a man being broken
02:07 A brother said that a dry shoe
02:10 i.e. it was not dirty, nor was it wet
02:14 it fell into the water tank
02:16 so what is the command? Will the water be clean or not?
02:19 I had told you this in yesterday's program
02:24 that our Shariah says that until you have the certainty of impurity
02:29 it is necessary to consider the thing as clean
02:32 and how will you be sure?
02:34 that Allah and His Messenger have told you
02:36 for example, in the Quran and Hadith it is said that something is impure
02:40 or you have seen impurity with your own eyes
02:44 like this shoe
02:46 you have seen that the shoe was dirty and it fell into the water tank
02:49 so it is necessary that you have seen that it is dirty
02:53 or a just person should give you the information
02:55 a just person is one who is pious, pious, righteous
02:58 and is in accordance with the apparent Shariah
03:01 and you have never heard a lie from him
03:03 you have a lot of trust in his information
03:05 the issues of Haram, Halal, Paak, Na Paak are called issues of Diyanat
03:10 and in Diyanat, a just person is one who is trustworthy
03:15 and the one who is Fasiq, Fasiq and Fajr but is a Muslim
03:18 similarly, Mastoorul Haal is a Muslim
03:21 who is apparently a king but we do not know what are his other activities
03:25 if he gives you the information then you have to be alert
03:29 that means you will think from your heart that he is telling the truth or a lie
03:32 if the heart gives you the evidence that he is telling the truth
03:34 and there is no other Shariah reason against it
03:37 that his statement should be rejected then it is necessary to accept it
03:40 and if there is someone else then it is a different matter
03:42 for example, a just person is saying that there was impurity on the shoe
03:46 but Fasiq, Fajr and Mastoorul Haal are saying that there was no impurity on it
03:50 and you can feel their words on your heart
03:53 but since the object is just
03:55 so we will give the information and it is necessary to consider the shoe as pure
03:59 or the third thing is the effect
04:01 if there is a smell or color of impurity
04:05 or if the impurity is dried like dust and you can see that
04:10 then you cannot reject it
04:12 that means the body is keeping it and the smell of impurity is coming
04:18 if you can find out from these sources that there was impurity on the shoe
04:24 then we can say that the shoe is impure
04:26 and if there is nothing like that then it is not on the mind
04:29 it is possible that the shoe is impure or someone has put it in dirty water
04:33 this will not work, the shoe will be considered as pure
04:36 and the tank will also be pure, just take it out and use the water of the tank
04:40 if someone has a cleanliness in his nature and he is feeling disgust
04:45 then if it is an underground tank then pour 20 buckets of water
04:50 and if it has fallen in the upper tank
04:52 then if there is a pipe in it then pour it there
04:56 or if someone has opened the taps of the basin
04:59 then the water will come out in 10-12 minutes
05:02 and run the second motor so that the water goes up
05:05 and if you run the water of the tank in the taps
05:08 then you will be satisfied that the impurity water must have flowed
05:11 that means you can do it this way
05:15 and I request you all to buy my book
05:18 'Masail-e-Ahkaam' by Taharat, it is the best book
05:21 and it covers all the issues of cleanliness and impurity
05:25 and many new issues, it is a very good book
05:30 and it is being published in our neighbouring country
05:33 and people can buy it there
05:35 one sister said that I teach women, I teach them Quran
05:40 who are between 60-65 years old
05:43 and her husband is between 65-70 years old
05:47 but he is studying from another man
05:49 and her husband's teacher is going somewhere
05:53 so is it possible that she says that she wears Burqa, Niqab
05:57 and teaches at her house
05:59 and her sister is with her, her wife is also sitting with her
06:02 and her husband is also with her
06:04 so can I teach them too, can I teach the male too or not?
06:07 see if they have come to the age of Zayful
06:11 70 years is a very old age
06:13 but some people in 70 years also look like 50 years old
06:16 they look fit, exercise etc
06:19 but this is not the case, usually
06:21 if they are old, the old people's rules change
06:24 remember, a woman can see them
06:26 and if she is very old, she can even be rude
06:29 if a woman is very old, she can even be rude to her husband
06:34 I am not encouraging, I am just giving a Shariah ruling that this can happen
06:37 so when they are so old, you are in Niqab
06:41 teach them Quran
06:43 if you are not alone with the woman, you can teach her too
06:48 but if she is young, and attractive
06:54 and if she is not weak, then be careful
06:57 and especially if you are teaching them in solitude, then be very careful
07:01 so this can be decided after giving some time
07:04 he says that if we are in Mecca and we want to do a new Umrah
07:10 we can do this, we can take a bath in our hotel
07:13 wear the Ihraam and pay the Nawafil
07:16 then we go to the Masjid-e-Aisha outside Mecca
07:19 and we can only do Niqab there and come back
07:21 what is the Shariah ruling?
07:23 or we have to go there and take a bath and wear the Ihraam
07:28 you can do this, there is no problem
07:31 but the Niqab is necessary
07:33 that you do it outside Mecca
07:36 and for the people of Mecca, Niqab is outside the limits of the Haram
07:40 and Masjid-e-Aisha is outside the limits of the Haram
07:43 when our mother Sayyida Aisha Siddiquh came for Hajj
07:47 those were her days, so she could not do Umrah
07:50 when she got free from Hajj, then the mercy of Allah sent her brother
07:53 Hazrat Abdul Rahman to her
07:55 that you go outside the limits of the Haram
07:57 and do Niqab and do Umrah
07:59 she went there, she did Niqab
08:01 and that is why she established a Masjid there
08:03 and the name of Masjid-e-Aisha was assigned to her
08:06 so you can do this
08:08 for example, we go from home
08:10 some people wear Ihraam from home
08:12 and they do not do Niqab
08:14 they do Nawafil
08:16 and when they reach the airport, they meet people
08:18 and do Niqab in the plane
08:20 so this means that you can do all this from home
08:24 this is not a requirement of Shariah
08:26 that all this will be done outside the limits of the Haram
08:29 so you can get ready in the hotel and do Nawafil
08:32 there is no time for this
08:34 and then you can go outside and do Niqab
08:36 and come back immediately
08:38 we have a caller with us, let us take the call
08:40 Assalamu Alaikum
08:42 Walikum Salam Mufti Sahab
08:44 Yes, go ahead
08:46 I have a question
08:48 my mother-in-law is very strict
08:50 so when she plays with the kids in the ground
08:54 she closes the doors and windows
08:56 and does not let them play
08:58 the kids were very upset
09:00 and her friends came to her
09:02 and insulted her
09:04 so the kids are 11-12 years old
09:06 they are about to turn 14
09:08 so they come inside and say
09:10 if my grandmother dies
09:12 then we will do Shukran-e-Nafil
09:14 can you tell me
09:16 should I stop my kids
09:18 or is it obligatory to do it?
09:20 so if your grandmother dies
09:22 then is it obligatory to do Nawafil?
09:24 yes, we will do Shukran-e-Nafil
09:26 if she dies
09:28 ok, I will tell you
09:30 Allah is the greatest
09:32 we have another caller with us
09:34 Assalamu Alaikum
09:36 Walikum Salam
09:38 I wanted to ask
09:40 can it be a one day ritual
09:42 or can it be more than one day?
09:44 ok, and?
09:46 and one more question
09:48 what will be the order about
09:50 about the Qul-e-Ibad?
09:52 meaning?
09:54 in Qul-e-Ibad
09:56 you are asking about the hereafter
09:58 or the world?
10:00 about the hereafter
10:02 ok, I will tell you
10:04 I will tell you
10:06 let's take this
10:08 generally
10:10 when a person
10:12 gets over age
10:14 and our sister
10:16 who is young
10:18 but when you are over age
10:20 then such situations occur
10:22 a person again comes back to his childhood
10:24 according to his nature
10:26 nerves become weak
10:28 he doesn't like noise
10:30 and he starts to get angry
10:32 and this is not in
10:34 human nature
10:36 even though we should keep our practice like this
10:38 we should think about
10:40 what can happen in old age
10:42 so we should do future planning
10:44 and try to control our nature
10:46 which is not known in our homes
10:48 and then he gets sick
10:50 when our elders
10:52 are using medicines
10:54 this also has effects on our nature
10:56 so this is the
10:58 perfection of our religion
11:00 our religion doesn't say
11:02 that if your elders
11:04 don't behave
11:06 according to your will
11:08 then you should abuse them
11:10 curse them, wish for their death
11:12 or think of separating from them
11:14 or throw them out of the house
11:16 this should not be done
11:18 these situations can come on us
11:20 my daughter in law
11:22 wants to get
11:24 all kinds of freedom from her mother in law
11:26 and she keeps saying bad things
11:28 she doesn't let me go anywhere
11:30 she doesn't let me sleep
11:32 she doesn't let me do this or that
11:34 but when she becomes a mother in law
11:36 then she likes all these things
11:38 for her daughter in law
11:40 and if she doesn't obey
11:42 then she gets hyper
11:44 so we should understand
11:46 that it is our responsibility
11:48 it is our biggest mistake
11:50 if a child is passing
11:52 bad comments about an elder
11:54 because if we also
11:56 get hurt by the elder
11:58 then we favor him
12:00 and say that your mother tolerated
12:02 so Allah will do it for you
12:04 so you didn't hurt the child
12:06 but you hurt the elder
12:08 by complaining
12:10 may Allah not make your children
12:12 like this, I have seen it
12:14 because I live in a public place
12:16 and I have seen elders
12:18 misbehaving with their parents
12:20 because you had the courage
12:22 to say bad things
12:24 in front of the elder
12:26 if he was wrong
12:28 then you should have said
12:30 that you shouldn't say bad things
12:32 in front of the elders
12:34 and then you discuss with your husband
12:36 that you didn't treat your children
12:38 well, that is a different thing
12:40 but you misused the word
12:42 I will talk about this
12:44 sometimes children
12:46 say bad things about their parents
12:48 if a mother is fighting with her father
12:50 then she is encouraging
12:52 and sometimes children complain about their mother
12:54 then the father says that I am tolerating
12:56 you should also do it
12:58 he has been cutting off half of your father's hair
13:00 so by encouraging your children
13:02 when you are
13:04 encouraging them
13:06 in front of an elder
13:08 then remember
13:10 one day you will also have the courage
13:12 to say bad things about your parents
13:14 never encourage your children
13:16 never encourage your elders
13:18 but don't let them be heartless
13:20 love and compassion is like this
13:22 with elders
13:24 be patient
13:26 and then discuss with your husband
13:28 that you can do something good
13:30 and then do it
13:32 and the children said that
13:34 if the grandmother dies
13:36 then we will offer thanks
13:38 this is not a prayer
13:40 and if your children are young
13:42 then there is no need to
13:44 say anything about them
13:46 and this is not good
13:48 that if the grandmother dies
13:50 then we should offer thanks
13:52 this is not good
13:54 so tomorrow
13:56 you may say something
13:58 and then they will be
14:00 very sensitive
14:02 and you may say something
14:04 about yourself
14:06 and then you will be
14:08 very hurt
14:10 with the conversation of your children
14:12 so don't let your children do this
14:14 one brother asked
14:16 that in one day
14:18 or one time
14:20 should we offer one day's prayer
14:22 or more than one day's prayer
14:24 you can do it
14:26 if you have many days of prayer
14:28 make a chart
14:30 and in that
14:32 you offer the first Fajr
14:34 Zohr Asr Maghrib Isha Witr
14:36 and in one day
14:38 or one time
14:40 you can offer 3, 4, 5, 5 days
14:42 of prayer
14:44 there is no restriction in Shariah
14:46 one brother said
14:48 what will be the condition of the rights of the worshippers
14:50 in the hereafter
14:52 he was giving the reference of my book
14:54 it is the best book
14:56 and it is also published in our neighbouring country
14:58 so the rights of the worshippers
15:00 first of all understand
15:02 what are the rights of the worshippers
15:04 in Arabic it means human
15:06 and rights
15:08 are the collection of rights
15:10 and the word right in simple words
15:12 is a responsibility
15:14 which Allah has given
15:16 in comparison to one person
15:18 or in comparison to another person
15:20 it is obligatory
15:22 now if that person is Allah
15:24 Allah has made something obligatory on us
15:26 like praying, fasting, we do it for Allah
15:28 not for the creation
15:30 so it is called Haqullah
15:32 and if it is for the creation
15:34 it is called Haqul Abd
15:36 and if it is for the parents
15:38 it is called the rights of the parents
15:40 if it is for the wife, it is the rights of the wife
15:42 if it is for the husband, it is the rights of the husband
15:44 if it is for the friend, it is the rights of the friend
15:46 if it is for the neighbour, it is the rights of the neighbour
15:48 so the right means responsibility
15:50 and what I am explaining to you
15:52 listen to it carefully
15:54 sometimes there is a fight in the house
15:56 it is my right, give it to me
15:58 I read a news
16:00 that a husband divorced his wife
16:02 because he did not serve her
16:04 although if we know the Shariah
16:06 then this divorce was a very cruel act
16:08 because serving the mother in law
16:10 on the daughter in law
16:12 is not the right of the mother in law
16:14 yes, the daughter in law should do it
16:16 it is a matter of great happiness
16:18 think of it as your parents, serve them
16:20 pray for them, Inshallah your ranks will be high
16:22 but if the mother in law or husband says
16:24 that it is the right of my mother
16:26 then the right means the responsibility
16:28 so you can ask your husband
16:30 to give the proof of the Quran and Hadith
16:32 from which you can prove
16:34 that Allah has made it obligatory
16:36 to serve the mother in law on the daughter in law
16:38 now it is not there
16:40 the same way you should ask your wife
16:42 your husband, your neighbour
16:44 we do not know
16:46 if Allah has given this responsibility or not
16:48 it is my right, give it to me
16:50 so first of all
16:52 you should get the right knowledge
16:54 after getting the knowledge
16:56 if you have done wrong in the right
16:58 then Allah will punish the wrongdoer
17:00 and the oppressor
17:02 now whether the oppressor is a
17:04 worshipper, a fasting person
17:06 has paid zakat, is a pilgrim
17:08 does charity
17:10 but if he has taken someone's right
17:12 then Allah will decide
17:14 his good deeds will be put in his name
17:16 if the matter is done right
17:18 if not, then his bad deeds will be put in his name
17:20 it means that the good deeds are over
17:22 and the bad deeds are his
17:24 and his bad deeds were before
17:26 then he will go straight to hell
17:28 may Allah protect us all
17:30 that in hell and for a long time
17:32 Allah will punish the oppressor
17:34 that is why the prophet said
17:36 that you should do your accounts in this world
17:38 because on the day of judgement
17:40 there will be no money
17:42 so we should pay our dues in this world
17:44 and we should give it's forgiveness
17:46 I will talk a little bit on this
17:48 but we have a caller
17:50 let us take the call
17:52 Assalam Mufti sahab
17:54 for such a beautiful program
17:56 JazakAllah
17:58 my question is
18:00 I have a job in another city
18:02 which is 150 km away
18:04 after 3 months
18:06 I will know whether it will be permanent or not
18:08 I will come back every week
18:10 so will I stay there for 5 days
18:12 and will I only offer the Qasr prayer
18:14 or will I offer the whole prayer
18:16 secondly, our Imam Masjids
18:18 after Isha prayer
18:20 recites Surah Mulk
18:22 so me and my brother and friends
18:24 we saw that
18:26 there were some mistakes in his recitation
18:28 so we talked to him
18:30 but now
18:32 we have some doubts
18:34 so should we offer the prayer behind him
18:36 or should we go somewhere far
18:38 what mistake did you feel?
18:40 some mistakes in his recitation
18:42 and some mistakes in the verses
18:44 and some mistakes in the words
18:46 ok I will tell you
18:48 ok I will tell you
18:50 one more caller is there
18:52 Assalamu Alaikum
18:54 Wa Alaikum Assalam
18:56 yes sister
18:58 my question is
19:00 after Isha prayer
19:02 they put flowers on the dead body
19:04 so they say
19:06 to remove the flowers
19:08 so that the dead body will not be heavy
19:10 ok and
19:12 another question is
19:14 a girl was in Haida
19:16 she did not tell anyone
19:18 neither to her mother nor to anyone
19:20 then she went to Makkah
19:22 and did Tawaf
19:24 after that she came back
19:26 and got married
19:28 now she knows the issues
19:30 so what will be the order
19:32 and secondly
19:34 what will be the order
19:36 for Sajdah
19:38 ok and
19:40 I was saying about Haqqul Abd
19:42 so first of all
19:44 you should understand
19:46 that you are not
19:48 doing this for your wife
19:50 here you can make your wife
19:52 silent with angry eyes
19:54 you can slap her
19:56 but in the society
19:58 Allah will make you stand
20:00 and give you the right
20:02 and the wives
20:04 who are our sisters
20:06 they talk to their husband
20:08 they abuse him
20:10 they shout loudly
20:12 they insult their husband
20:14 be ready
20:16 this is the speed
20:18 this speed
20:20 can be a big problem
20:22 and can be a reason for
20:24 a lot of insult
20:26 my sisters get angry
20:28 and say that you will be angry
20:30 and it will not be good
20:32 thousands of people
20:34 like you and praise you
20:36 we do not care
20:38 we just want to give you the message
20:40 and the officers who are
20:42 doing this for their wives
20:44 be ready
20:46 your employee will be made
20:48 and you will be made
20:50 and the people who are
20:52 cheating with their boss
20:54 you will be made
20:56 and you will be given
20:58 the right of the officer
21:00 so first of all
21:02 you should know
21:04 what are the rights
21:06 and then calculate
21:08 and then
21:10 you should
21:12 give the right to the rightful
21:14 in the world
21:16 or make them forgive
21:18 or else get ready for the society
21:20 there is no court
21:22 that you can save yourself
21:24 by doing good
21:26 there Allah will take
21:28 the account
21:30 and nothing will be hidden
21:32 and there will be no injustice
21:34 so I should be afraid
21:36 and I should pray to Allah
21:38 to give me the right
21:40 and I should not be
21:42 in the wrong
21:44 so without hesitation
21:46 forgive me
21:48 and I will pray for you
21:50 this brother said
21:52 that he got a job in another city
21:54 and it is not permanent
21:56 so I will go and come back
21:58 after a week
22:00 and it is 92 km far
22:02 so will I pray or not
22:04 so you should
22:06 for example
22:08 you stay there for 5 days
22:10 and you are a passenger
22:12 and if you pray behind the
22:14 resident imam
22:16 and if you pray alone
22:18 then you will pray less
22:20 and if you get a permanent job
22:22 and you do not want to stay there permanently
22:24 so you go there
22:26 and stay there for more than 15 days
22:28 then you will be a resident
22:30 but suppose that it is a permanent job
22:32 and you stay there for a week
22:34 and you want to come back
22:36 then also you will be a passenger
22:38 so at that time
22:40 you can become a resident
22:42 where you can become a resident
22:44 and if you go there for a day
22:46 then you will have to pray
22:48 and in that case
22:50 you can decide to live there permanently
22:52 and you will not go anywhere
22:54 and you can marry a woman
22:56 and your husband is with you
22:58 then you will become a resident
23:00 and if you go there for a day
23:02 then you will become a resident
23:04 but apart from that
23:06 if you do not want to live permanently
23:08 like your company
23:10 gives you a residence
23:12 so you are living in the company's house
23:14 and you know that if you have to go back to your city
23:16 and your job is over
23:18 then despite of having a permanent job
23:20 the calculation will be
23:22 that you will stay there for more than 15 days
23:24 otherwise you will be a resident
23:26 they say that our imam
23:28 when he recites surah mulk
23:30 after isha prayer
23:32 we noticed that there is a little
23:34 change in the words
23:36 some verses are left in between
23:38 we tried to explain that
23:40 but we could not understand
23:42 we got the message from the rumors
23:44 that what will be the order of the rest
23:46 of the reciters
23:48 the first thing is that
23:50 the way of reciting surah mulk
23:52 has been established
23:54 in our society
23:56 and this is because
23:58 of the lawful actions
24:00 the lawful actions
24:02 are those which are introduced
24:04 by the prophet of Allah
24:06 we cannot decide
24:08 logically
24:10 so my advice to you is
24:12 that after isha prayer
24:14 you should recite surah mulk separately
24:16 not in a collective way
24:18 you cannot get the blessings of reciting
24:20 according to hadith
24:22 because it is mentioned in hadith
24:24 that you cannot do this
24:26 in nikah
24:28 you have to say
24:30 if someone else accepts
24:32 and the groom listens
24:34 will the nikah be done
24:36 no, you have to say it
24:38 you have to say it
24:40 sometimes it is necessary
24:42 and sometimes it is better to listen
24:44 but here it is not like that
24:46 so the second mistake
24:48 I will talk about it
24:50 after a short break
24:52 the prophet of Allah said
24:54 that we found some mistakes in the words
24:56 and we found it in surah mulk
24:58 how can you say that
25:00 the alham in the prayer
25:02 will be in the same way
25:04 you can see in the jahari prayers
25:06 that their alham sharif is correct
25:08 and the surahs they mix
25:10 are also correct
25:12 like in fajr, juma and isha
25:14 if they are reciting correctly
25:16 in maghrib
25:18 then it is correct
25:20 if it is not correct
25:22 then you can't say
25:24 that their prayers are wrong
25:26 in any other surah
25:28 if you see a permanent
25:30 error in the prayer
25:32 then it is a different matter
25:34 but you didn't mention it
25:36 and the last thing
25:38 especially the youngsters
25:40 they come to the religion
25:42 and they become muftis
25:44 and they don't pray
25:46 why?
25:48 remember this
25:50 that for imam
25:52 it is a must to say the words
25:54 with correct pronunciation
25:56 you don't have to say it correctly
25:58 otherwise you can prove it
26:00 I have taught many adults
26:02 in madrasa
26:04 they ask them to open their eyes
26:06 their eyes don't open
26:08 but when they are reciting
26:10 they will do like this
26:12 we are not able to hear
26:14 but they are saying it correctly
26:16 and it was a must to say it correctly
26:18 and it was a must to make them hear it
26:20 if the poor person is not able to pronounce
26:22 then it means
26:24 he can't offer prayers
26:26 it is a different matter
26:28 that people are prone to misunderstanding
26:30 but I am explaining this to you
26:32 if imam knows the Tajweed
26:34 but he is not able to understand
26:36 the letters or the words
26:38 then it doesn't mean
26:40 that he didn't read the Tajweed
26:42 or he is reading it wrong
26:44 but he is reading it with Tajweed
26:46 and I know the correct pronunciation
26:48 if you are not able to hear it correctly
26:50 then it is correct to say it
26:52 it is said that
26:54 after washing the body
26:56 we put flowers on it
26:58 some people have said
27:00 that it is not good
27:02 to put flowers on the body
27:04 because it will put weight on the body
27:06 some people have said
27:08 that if a fly sits on the body
27:10 it will hurt the body
27:12 some people have said
27:14 that if you put some soil on the body
27:16 then it will put weight on the stomach
27:18 so that the stomach doesn't get bloated
27:20 because sometimes when the air goes inside
27:22 the stomach gets bloated
27:24 and the weight of the flowers is very less
27:26 so in short
27:28 it was not a must to put flowers on the body
27:30 and if you don't put it
27:32 then it is best
27:34 and if you put it then it is not that
27:36 the dead person will feel pain
27:38 but till the leaves are wet
27:40 and if you put it then it will be beneficial
27:42 so don't put it on the body
27:44 but put it around the body
27:46 this is best
27:48 this sister said that
27:50 a girl went to Mecca
27:52 and she was in a bad condition
27:54 she didn't tell her parents
27:56 and in that condition
27:58 she came back
28:00 and now she is married
28:02 and now she knows
28:04 that this is a problem
28:06 see first of all
28:08 if you are interested in doing good deeds
28:10 then go to Mecca or Medina
28:12 it is a good thing
28:14 but first learn the knowledge
28:16 will you ever do that
28:18 that you don't know how to drive
28:20 and you take the car out
28:22 you don't know how to repair the car
28:24 you open the engine
28:26 you will never dare
28:28 but the religious matter is
28:30 that nothing happens while coming back
28:32 we have not learned ABC
28:34 we have not learned any Shariah
28:36 but it is possible that
28:38 in the name of deeds
28:40 you have written a lot of sins
28:42 because if you do something against Shariah
28:44 and you don't know
28:46 like this girl didn't know
28:48 she did it in that condition
28:50 it was a sin to do it in that condition
28:52 and she died
28:54 in the limits of Haram
28:56 it is obligatory to have a goat or a lamb slaughtered
28:58 at least do one
29:00 or else
29:02 I don't know
29:04 whether she was born or not
29:06 it is a strange condition
29:08 so don't mind it
29:10 but whenever you go for Hajj or Umrah
29:12 don't make it a hobby
29:14 don't make it a shield for your elders
29:16 don't make it a center of attention
29:18 don't make it a mind
29:20 get spiritual training
29:22 learn Shariah
29:24 and Allah
29:26 you are a criminal
29:28 when a criminal reaches the court
29:30 he is scared
29:32 he is making selfies
29:34 he is smiling
29:36 this is the condition of a criminal
29:38 this is how you should go to Allah
29:40 we don't learn etiquette
29:42 or spiritual training
29:44 so these problems come
29:46 so in short, give them a chance
29:48 one person said
29:50 this foam type of mat
29:52 you can pray on it
29:54 if you press it
29:56 it is not that it moves
29:58 if it is like this, then no
30:00 you know that there are Bishti's
30:02 and people are praying on it
30:04 so you can press it and pray
30:06 some people
30:08 when they pray on a thin mat
30:10 their knees become weak
30:12 and they start feeling pain
30:14 for them this kind of mat is good
30:16 so just press it and pray
30:18 one sister said
30:20 if we make a chart of our prayers
30:22 so that we write what we read
30:24 and if we have a good reading
30:26 then we write that
30:28 when we see our prayers
30:30 our soul will get courage
30:32 and when we read the Qaza prayers
30:34 then we will insult our soul
30:36 and say that you did Qaza prayers
30:38 so the soul will get a chance
30:40 to learn
30:42 this is a useless thing
30:44 how will this encourage
30:46 and if the soul is so
30:48 helpless that it does the Qaza prayers
30:50 then will it get discouraged
30:52 by seeing the chart of Qaza prayers
30:54 and the disadvantage is
30:56 that if someone reads your book
30:58 then they will know how many prayers
31:00 you have done Qaza
31:02 and which prayers you have performed
31:04 and to show your sin
31:06 so that others get influenced
31:08 this is a separate sin
31:10 this way the soul does not get controlled
31:12 the way is that
31:14 you listen to the benefits of prayer
31:16 you listen to the torment
31:18 which will be there when you do not pray
31:20 like when Prophet (PBUH) went on a journey
31:22 to Meeraj
31:24 he was lying on a rock
31:26 and he was hit by a stone
31:28 and he was brought back
31:30 and he was hit again
31:32 and again
31:34 and I asked him why he was getting this torment
31:36 he was told that he used to leave the prayers
31:38 and go to sleep
31:40 my brothers and sisters
31:42 give my clip to those people
31:44 who have not been able to read the prayers
31:46 since many years
31:48 and this was the torment of the grave
31:50 it was told that this torment
31:52 will continue till the end
31:54 you can imagine the way you perform prayers
31:56 for a match
31:58 for a gathering of friends
32:00 you are not in a mood
32:02 you are praying in a bad mood
32:04 the day of judgement will be a hard one
32:06 and the torment of the grave is ready
32:08 so if you listen to these things
32:10 then the benefits of heaven
32:12 the events of hell
32:14 and the torment of hell
32:16 then fear will arise in the soul
32:18 and temptation will arise
32:20 and fear will arise
32:22 then our soul will turn towards the religion
32:24 and writing like this
32:26 will not help
32:28 it is said that the husband is abroad
32:30 and for some legal reason
32:32 he cannot come here
32:34 and he wants to call his wife there
32:36 and there is no mahram
32:38 then what will be the Sharia law
32:40 and this is from Hong Kong
32:42 and if it was far away
32:44 then the Sharia law would have been the same
32:46 the problem is that
32:48 if there is no mahram
32:50 and it can be later
32:52 then they should wait
32:54 because it is not permissible for a woman
32:56 to travel alone
32:58 but if the situation is that
33:00 the husband cannot come
33:02 and there is no mahram
33:04 and the situation is that
33:06 if the husband is far away
33:08 then his psychological needs
33:10 are leading him towards sin
33:12 or if the wife is far away
33:14 then she is afraid of committing a sin
33:16 and if we allow
33:18 to travel
33:20 then it will be against the Sharia
33:22 and if we allow
33:24 to travel
33:26 then it will be against the Sharia
33:28 so the rule of law is that
33:30 we should ask the scholars
33:32 and they decide which one to choose
33:34 and when two sins are combined
33:36 our Sharia teaches us
33:38 and if it is necessary to choose one
33:40 then choose the small sin
33:42 and leave the big sin
33:44 and the hadith says
33:46 that if you are starving for four days
33:48 and you find a dead donkey
33:50 and if you don't eat it
33:52 then you will die
33:54 and if you eat it
33:56 then you will die
33:58 and if you eat it
34:00 then you will die
34:02 and if you eat it
34:04 then you will die
34:06 and if you eat it
34:08 then you will die
34:10 and if you eat it
34:12 then you will die
34:14 and if you eat it
34:16 then you will die
34:18 and if you eat it
34:20 then you will die
34:22 and if you eat it
34:24 then you will die
34:26 and if you eat it
34:28 then you will die
34:30 and if you eat it
34:32 then you will die
34:34 and if you eat it
34:36 then you will die
34:38 and if you eat it
34:40 then you will die
34:42 and if you eat it
34:44 then you will die
34:46 and if you eat it
34:48 then you will die
34:50 and if you eat it
34:52 then you will die
34:54 and if you eat it
34:56 then you will die
34:58 and if you eat it
35:00 then you will die
35:02 and if you eat it
35:04 then you will die
35:06 and if you eat it
35:08 then you will die
35:10 and if you eat it
35:12 then you will die
35:14 and if you eat it
35:16 then you will die
35:18 and if you eat it
35:20 then you will die
35:22 and if you eat it
35:24 then you will die
35:26 and if you eat it
35:28 then you will die
35:30 and if you eat it
35:32 then you will die
35:34 and if you eat it
35:36 then you will die
35:38 and if you eat it
35:40 then you will die
35:42 and if you eat it
35:44 then you will die
35:46 and if you eat it
35:48 then you will die
35:50 and if you eat it
35:52 then you will die
35:54 and if you eat it
35:56 then you will die
35:58 and if you eat it
36:00 then you will die
36:02 and if you eat it
36:04 then you will die
36:06 and if you eat it
36:08 then you will die
36:10 and if you eat it
36:12 then you will die
36:14 and if you eat it
36:16 then you will die
36:18 and if you eat it
36:20 then you will die
36:22 and if you eat it
36:24 then you will die
36:26 and if you eat it
36:28 then you will die
36:30 and if you eat it
36:32 then you will die
36:34 and if you eat it
36:36 then you will die
36:38 and if you eat it
36:40 then you will die
36:42 and if you eat it
36:44 then you will die
36:46 and if you eat it
