Gary Lynch from Tommy French Competitions reveals the latest prize of a 3-bedroom house which some lucky winner will receive before Christmas.

00:00 Tommy Friends competition has been going for about 20/20. We sort of started it, it sort of came about

00:05 through lockdown and stuff like that. We just wanted to give away sort of prizes to the local

00:10 community and give away lots of prizes over the last sort of three years. Cash, technology, holidays,

00:15 cash was the most popular but just a load of local winners, happy people, happy families over the

00:22 last couple of years and we're going bigger and better this month, our biggest month ever.

00:27 Tell me about this latest competition because it's really gone viral online hasn't it?

00:32 Yeah last night was mental, we put it up last night about five o'clock so as I said our biggest

00:37 prize we've done yet is a hundred thousand pound cash. We've done that four times I think but we've

00:43 went big with this. We've always sort of wanted to do a house, we've always had it in the back of

00:47 our minds the last couple of years where we were doing it. A life-changing prize for a family and

00:53 we just said this would be the perfect time coming to the end of the year, Christmas. So Christmas

00:57 Eve we'll put this house up with twenty thousand pound spending money or a two hundred and fifty

01:01 thousand pound cash alternative. So it's a real life-changing amount for some family in the

01:36 where is it and what facilities are here? So we've got a three bed detached house here in

01:43 Drum Lagoon Park in the heart of Kirkgaven. You're really really good facilities close to Rushmere

01:48 Shopping Centre, Kirkgaven Hospital, Kirkgaven Cinema, the motorway. You're handy for everything

01:56 from Portadown, Lardin, Kirkgaven and as I said it's three bed detached, ensuite master bedroom

02:03 and really spacious kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet, class back garden, lots of

02:08 space there as well. It's in a private cul-de-sac in Drum Lagoon as well so it's a fantastic house

02:12 for some family. And what's next this month, I believe you've got a cool prize for some sports

02:19 clubs. Yes so on New Year's Eve we have a free to enter competition. It's for five thousand pound

02:24 cash for a local sports club and that can apply to anyone, football, rugby, gaelic, darts, no matter

02:30 what. We just want to give back to the community so it's free to enter, just go onto the page.

02:35 It's one per person but we want you to spread the word among your club and the more people that

02:39 enter from each club, the better chance of that club winning the five thousand pound and getting

03:34 that. Yeah we've had plenty of big winners, local families and stuff like that, giving them a

03:40 hundred thousand pound cash but one winner, a lady from Portadown who won a hundred thousand said it

03:46 completely changed her and her children's lives, they got a new car, new house, sorted themselves

03:50 out for the next few years so hopefully we'll get more of that on the page.
