00:14 It's a huge loss.

00:15 This was a man who, whether you agree with him or not,

00:21 whether you hold the same views or not,

00:25 he served in World War II, served his country

00:28 bravely and uniform and for decades afterward,

00:33 which I think we can all be grateful for and appreciate,

00:35 the public service.

00:37 And again, whether you saw eye to eye with him on every issue,

00:40 there's no question that he shaped foreign policy decisions

00:44 for decades.

00:44 And he certainly had an impact on America's role in the world.

00:49 So again, our deepest condolences go to the family.
