00:08 Women in the front office of the NFL used to be an issue that nobody wanted to talk
00:12 about because the numbers weren't really good.
00:14 Primary focus now on women in all levels on and off the field.
00:21 And look at the numbers.
00:22 1.3% of the front office positions in the NFL women, up from 29% in 2014.
00:31 And as far as the hiring, 223 women working in full-time coaching or football operations
00:38 roles.
00:39 A 41%, 141% increase in the last 20 years, since 2020.
00:47 Bottom line is women involvement in all aspects of football continuing to increase.
00:52 The flag football piece will no doubt increase that.
00:56 And as well as the sponsorship and the interest and the avidity, we now have the business
