A great way to get kids (and the more reluctant) to eat vegetables → spinach fritters! An easy recipe explained step by step below ↓↓
An opportunity to load up on fiber and nutrients through a quick vegetarian appetizer. Served with rice/pasta or simply a mixed salad, these fritters will also be perfect for a balanced meal :-)

Ingredients:
- 14 oz chopped spinach (frozen or canned)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- frying oil
