If you're planning to make homemade burgers, why not also make the buns to ensure perfection! You'll see that it's much easier to make than you think :-)

Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 20 g fresh baker's yeast (or 2 packets of dry yeast)
- 10 g salt (about 2 tsp)
- 25 g sugar
- 200 ml water
- 80 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 30 g softened butter

- sesame seeds
- poppy seeds
