00:56 but that all came to a halt three weeks later

00:58 when Sebastian dropped a public apology

01:06 - In a message on the 'Gram,

01:07 Sebastian admitted to a quote,

01:08 "10 minute lapse in judgment."

01:10 And as a result said he was seeking treatment

01:13 for anger and mental health issues.

01:15 And just hours after this was posted,

01:17 Becky stepped out for the iHeartRadio Music Awards,

01:19 ditching her engagement ring.

01:22 - Well, to every new beginning, there is an ending, right?

01:26 - Sometimes things don't go the way you planned.

01:29 - That's Becky weeks later in April at Coachella.

01:31 She swapped her engagement ring for a simple band

01:34 and delivered this message.

01:35 - Sometimes it's not rejection, it's redirection.

01:39 - I'm in a season in my life now

01:40 where I'm really just like choosing myself

01:42 and to be in the moment.

01:44 - Now months later, Becky and Sebastian cozying up

01:46 and fueling speculation of a rekindled romance,

01:49 which began back in 2016.

01:52 - Since the beginning of our relationship,

01:53 I think we've been a very good counterpart for each other

01:56 in the sense of that yin and yang.
