High Court reveals reasons behind detention ruling

The government is drafting new laws which would allow for criminals recently released from immigration detention to be put back behind bars. Today the High Court released its reasons for its landmark decision which paved the way for the group to enter the community. But those reasons now leave the way open for some to be legally locked up again.
