Landmark High Court ruling paves way to end indefinite immigration detention

A landmark ruling in the High Court has opened the way for asylum seekers in indefinite detention to be freed. The court delivered the ruling late yesterday, finding the indefinite detention of a Rohinga man from Myanmar, who no other country would take in -- was illegal.
