00:04 Because whenever a bacteria or a germ enters your body,

00:12 And then air pumps up in your lungs,

00:14 it comes out very fast, and then achoo!

00:17 All that slime and snot and stuff comes out.

00:21 But that's a good thing,

00:23 because we got all the bacteria out of us.

00:26 But now if we held it in,

00:27 all that snot and disgusting stuff

00:30 is going back down your throat.

00:32 And that's how people get sick.

00:35 But it's just like your dreams.

00:37 You have to release your dreams.

00:39 Put them out in the world.

00:42 And then people will say, "It's amazing!"

00:45 If you hold in your dreams, you become sick.

00:50 You become stressed because you feel like,

00:54 "Ugh, you're not accomplishing anything."

00:58 But that's why it's important for you to let it out.
